By submitting content to Reelpoint, you represent and warrant that you are the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in the submitted content, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals from the rightful owners to submit the content. You further affirm that the content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or the rights of publicity and privacy. By submitting content, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Reelpoint harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from any breach of the above representations or from any third-party claims related to the content you submit.Reelpoint's Responsibility:
Reelpoint commits to exercising reasonable care in handling and distributing your content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, by submitting content, you acknowledge and agree that Reelpoint is not liable for any copyright or intellectual property disputes arising from the use of the content once it is submitted, unless such disputes arise from Reelpoint's direct actions or negligence.
Content Ownership and Liability:
You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it to Reelpoint, you grant Reelpoint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, market, and use the content in connection with its services. You further acknowledge that Reelpoint is not responsible for verifying the content’s ownership but will take appropriate action in the event of any proven infringement claim.
This agreement is binding upon submission and applies to all content submitted, regardless of its acceptance for distribution or publication. By submitting content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

How To Submit Your Content

Until our aggregator tool is fully functional for direct uploads, please use the following steps to submit your content via Google Drive.1. Create a Google Drive Folder
Please create a folder on Google Drive and name it using the title of your film or show. Example: “MyFilm_Title”.
2. Upload Your Files
Please upload the following files to the Google Drive folder:
○ VideoMaster File (e.g., ProRes, H.264, or MP4)
○ AudioFiles (if available, separate M&E tracks)
○ Subtitles/Captions Files (SRT or VTT format)
○ Trailer (high quality, MP4)
○ Poster/Artwork (High resolution JPG/PNG)
○ Stills/Promotional Images (Optional but encouraged)
○ Metadata Sheet (see below for details)
Required Metadata:
Please include the following details for each project. You can submit this information in a PDF.
1. Title of the Project
○ Include the official title of your film/show.
2. Logline (1-2 sentences)
○ A brief, engaging summary of the story.
3. Long Synopsis (1-2 paragraphs)
○ A detailed description of the content.
4. Cast and Crew
○ Full list of key cast members and their roles.
○ List of director, producer, writer, and any other key crew members.
5. Genre(s)
○ (e.g., Drama, Thriller, Documentary, etc.)
6. Run Time
○ Exact length of the film/show (in minutes).
7. Release Year
○ The year the project was released or will be released.
8. Country of Production
○ The country where the content was produced.
9. Language(s)
○ The primary language of the content, along with any other languages in which the
content is available (e.g., with subtitles).
10. Certification/Rating
○ Include the rating from relevant authorities (e.g., MPAA, TV Parental Guidelines, or local ratings).
11. Distribution Information
○ Choice of channel & territory.
Additional Assets (Optional but Encouraged):
● Press Kit (Optional)
○ Includes bios, behind-the-scenes photos, interviews, and any other promotional content.
● Social Media Kit (Optional)
○ Any suggested social media posts or hashtags for promoting your content.
Important Notes:
● File Format Guidelines: If you’re unsure about the file format, please check with us in advance to avoid delays.
● Quality Control: If your content doesn’t meet the required technical specifications, we will notify you for re-submission.How to Share the Google Drive Folder:
